EN 20344
Lays down the basic requirements for safety, protective and occupational footwear.
EN 20345-1 Safety footwear
In accordance with EN 20344, steel or plastic toe caps must withstand a test energy of 200 J.
EN 20346 Protective footwear
In accordance with EN 20344, steel or plastic toe caps must withstand a test energy of 100 J.
EN 20347 Occupational footwear
In accordance with EN 20344, steel or plastic toe caps are not required.
